embrace the camera {our backyard wedding}

Instead of seeing me with the kiddo's this week, it is all about my kiddo's with their cousins...which happens only a few times a year. My sister in law and her 3 little girlie-girls were in town for a few weeks and before they headed back home we decided to get together one last time. We decided to make it easy and laid back by picking up Chinese, but those two little nieces of mine had other plans...we were going to have a beautiful backyard wedding. The two oldest girls arrived a few hours ahead of time to set up the wedding and to pick out the proper attire. We were informed that naked kiddo's were not allowed to the wedding. Apparently my kiddo's are ALWAYS naked. My two little nieces even play a game to see how many kiddo's are naked every time they drive by our house...that makes me chuckle...and makes me wanna get naked and run around outside too...just up the numbers ya know. Even I had an outfit picked out for me. I wore this skirt and had a flower heaband that matched. So once the wedding site was set up and everyone was in the proper attire, we impatiently waited for the guests to arrive. Once everyone arrived the wedding began with the kiddo's walking out of the house and onto the dance floor made of blankets and hula hoops.

The married couple...which is so wrong, being cousins and all. But man were they cute! And my little guy was a good sport with all of this girlie stuff.

They even made sure my little guy wore a boutonniere. Love those girls and their need for the details.

While we dined on take-out Chinese we couldn't help but think that someday this little girl would be a real bride and he would be a real groom. Then we laughed that someday big sis was going to be a wedding planner and this wedding would be part of her portfolio. Let me tell ya folks, she will be a good one too.
Cuz when one of these tractors broke down she jumped right in there and pushed it up the hill just give them the proper send-off...now that is a good wedding planner!

The night was definitely enjoyed by all. Those three little girlie-girls bring so much to their country cousins!
