new bags
Lately, every night has turned into a late sewing night. I am trying to get ready for my first craft fair, which is less then 4 weeks away! Since I neglected sewing throughout my first trimester, I am now having to make up for it. The lack of sleep is getting to me at times, but I wont sacrifice my time with the kids to sew. So, I sacrifice my sleep instead, BIG YAWN :)
Here are the two latest bags I just finished. The brown and pink paisley bag is my newest design. I got the inspiration for it from one of my large LL BEAN canvas tote bags. I like to think of it as more of a toddler bag then a baby bag. It is a bit smaller then my usual bags, and hangs shorter under the arm. It is the perfect size for any mom who has a toddler, and is still in need alot of room, but not too much room. But, of course it is perfect for ANYONE who has a love for bags!

pumpkins, pumpkins and more pumpkins!
We spent the day sunday picking pumpkins and filling up the farm stand. Even though we had a rainy growing season we still seemed to had grown some beautiful pumpkins and gourds. As I was searching for the biggest pumpkins the kids were searching for the smallest. I guess they realize that bigger isn't always better:)
